Urdapilleta Real Estate, LLC was founded in 2016 in Key Biscayne, Florida by Dolores Urdapilleta.
Dolores graduated with a degree in Business Economy from Torcuato Di Tella, one of the most prestigious universities in Buenos Aires, Argentina. After completing her university degree in just three years, Dolores joined the family real estate group Teresa Urdapilleta Properties located in the Pilar neighborhood of Buenos Aires, Argentina. During her time there, Dolores specialized in the commercialization of new real estate ventures while breaking into new markets and advancing the firm’s marketing and administration efforts.
En 2010, for personal reasons, Dolores moved to Miami where she obtained her license as a Real Estate Sales Associate. For three years she worked for One Sothebys International Reality until she earned her own Real Estate Broker License.
Dolores runs a bilingual real estate bilingual business focused primarily on the Miami areas of Aventura, Bal Harbour, Brickell, Design District, Downtown, Edgewater, Hallandale, Hollywood, Key Biscayne, Miami Beach, Midtown, and Sunny Isles.
Emphasizing a personalized service experience, Dolores provides property management for foreign clients’ investments or vacation purchases.
Maria Porro Toyos
Maria holds a Masters Degree in Psychology from the University of Belgrano, Argentina. After graduating she worked in the human resources department of Prudential Insurances in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Maria later lived in Montevideo, Uruguay for eight years before she and her family relocated to Miami, FL in 2010. For eight years Maria worked for the Gimeza Real Estate group until joining the Urdapilleta Real Estate team in 2019. Maria specializes in sales and purchases in the Miami area, always providing her clients, many of whom are non US residents, with top-notch, personalized property management services.
Victoria holds a degree in Business Administration from the the Catholic University of Argentina. She has over 20 years of experience in corporate marketing, sales and human resources both in multinational companies and entrepreneurial ventures in Latin America, Europe and The United States. This diverse background enhances Victoria’s versatility and capacity to adapt to client and market needs. Through these experience, Victoria has learned that the best results come from creating trustful relationships with clients, delivering excellent services and demonstrating full transparency / communicating transparently.
A passion for business and human relations lead Victoria to enter the real estate market by obtaining her Florida Real Estate License. For more than eight years she has successfully helped clients define their real estate dreams in Miami and the surrounding areas. Victoria has been an active member of the Urdapilleta Real Estate team since its founding in 2016.
Understanding the objectives in a property search as well as the emotional challenges associated with purchasing and moving, Victoria is well positioned to help clients make important real estate decisions.
Her principal objective is to provide integral real estate advice, adapted to each clients’ specific needs while also accompanying them throughout the process in order to obtain the best results before, during and once the transaction is finalized.
Victoria speaks fluent Spanish, English, Portuguese, Italiana and French. She has lived in Key Biscayne, FL since 2009.
Adriana Perez Zea
Adriana is an Industrial Engineer and graduate from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá, Colombia. Her work experience in the commercial, financial, and business development sectors and in marketing across industries (such as technology, floriculture, printing, and real estate) has resulted in a successful career and network. Adriana moved to Miami for work reasons two decades ago. Her experience combined with her passion and love for this city have been instrumental to her commitment to the Miami real estate market.
Lency was born in Santana, Colombia. She studied nursery, instrumentation and surgery administration at Santander University in Bogota, Colombia. In 2013, she moved to Miami, Florida looking for new opportunities. In 2014, she started working at Urdapilleta Real Estate LLC.
There she manages the renting maintenance, she is in charge of repairing everything of the units, and also of the relationship with the tenants, as well as managing the MLS. She assists her office Broker and different agents who work for the company.
She speaks Spanish and fluent English and Portuguese.
Delfina Gonzalez Balcarce
Delfina has a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Católica Argentina.
Based in several countries, for many years, she was Marketing Director of Kenzo Parfums LVMH, being responsible for all international launches of the brand in Latin America. In 2012, for family reasons, she settled in Miami and, in 2016, joined Urdapilleta Real Estate. Her extensive, national and international, work experience allows her to understand and adapt to the client’s needs, providing the best Real Estate service.
Paloma was born and raised in Madrid, Spain. Later on she moved to Boston to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications.
She has lived in several cities including Madrid, Brussels, Chicago, Boston, New York and Buenos Aires.
In 2014 she moved to Miami with her family where she has been licensed as a Real Estate Agent and works as such specializing in residential homes. She loves and is passionate about her work and is fully dedicated to customer service, firmly grounded in the belief that high level of service is always based on listening well to effectively meet the needs of the client.
In her work as Real Estate Agent, Paloma is a most driven advocate for her clients and works tirelessly to promote their best interest.
Ana von Bernard Curutchet
Ana has a degree in Marketing from ESIC University in Madrid, Spain. She was born and raised in Argentina and Spain. At the age of collage she moved to Spain where she
studied her career and developed her professional background in Marketing with strong experience in Communication and Events Planning.
In 2011, for family reasons, she settled in São Paulo, Brazil, and finally, in 2016 she moved with her family to Miami, United States.
Her experience from living in different countries and speaking different languages (Spanish, English and Portuguese) provided her the opportunity to work with expats through eXpats Club Miami, where she discovered her passion for satisfying her client’s needs. She actually collaborates as an independent contractor in Relocation for
eXpats Club and in 2020 she started working at Urdapilleta Real Estate.
